We are committed to total customer satisfaction. Within 365 days of delivery, we gladly accept returns provided items are in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Return Delivery is free for UK customers using the FREEPOST label we attach with every order.
Want to exchange an item? Then send your item(s) back to us with a note inside detailing which items should be exchanged for which new item. (You need only send back the items you wish to exchange not the whole order.)
Shipping Your Return
All returns must be assigned an RMA number. You may contact our customer relations department via email, live chat or at 08456003808 (M – F 9AM – 5PM GMT) to request an RMA. Please ensure that any returns have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the RMA clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse.
Please ship your package using the freepost label supplied, and request a certificate of postage as proof of delivery. If you received your order before we started sending Freepost labels (2nd of April 2013) the please send to the address below:

For customers outside the UK you'll need to pay for return postage costs, however we try to make it as easy as possible by providing a printed returns label with all orders.
